Can I Be a Trainer?

Umm, so, I don't know if I have to put reasons why I want to be a trainer, I just do. I'm also kinda new to the server (I've been on for 2 days, counting the day this was posted) so I don't know if there a certain length of time I have to be on to get trainer. Soooo, yeah. I found this server through the magical Google, I plan on playing on the server for a while, at least until I get bored for Pixelmon. I think I deserve trainer because I'm a nice person, most of the time, I'm not rude & never in my life would I grief. I would also like the nice blue text that trainers get, and not the plain ol' white. So far on the server I'm kinda friends with TheSupahBoi. Thanks for reading.
