More warnings at spawn

So recently on the server, there has been ALOT of new people on the server lately (since the servers getting more popular :3). And since i'm always on
everyday, i've recently saw ALOT of people get banned from the staff, but im not the only one that see's a bunch of people getting banned for griefing. So
my suggestion is that i think there should be signs at spawn saying "NO GRIEFING" or even broadcasts just warning all the new people that they will get banned if they grief. Yes i know that they should just do "/rules" but i don't think most people even use that command. Just thinking this could be a way
to prevent so many bans and let the staff have a break about all the ban appeals or posting a ban thread every minute. Thanks for reading!

Players don't even have to do /rules when they spawn. By default they automatically get a copy of our rulebook. If they choose to read it and follow the rules, that's less work for the staff. If they choose to ignore the rules and break them, justice is served and bans are made.
