Maybe you just mistyped it, that's pretty much the only way you can get that message anyway

I have it as a saved server I've been on before I even re typed it has the ip changed?

Maybe you have an outdated client or someting. Maybe you should try and uninstalling your pixelmon jar then reinstalling it. Maybe its just that. You can always delete the server then re add it. I dont think the Ip has changed its still Pixelmon.oasis-mc.us
