Optifine messed up my game. A lot. 2014-110

So I reset my Video Settings, and this happens. All blocks are blurry, I can't see anything other than directly in front of me, and even then blocks are blurry.

It happened with optifine, so I deleted both Optifine and Rei's, and it's still here. Any advice?

My FOV was 0 the whole time, If a staff could kindly lock this thread, it'd be great
