By team if you mean like a pokemon team then you have plenty of time because the map will not reset any time soon. But if you don't mean pokemon team then please specify.

If you're talking about the whole Magma/Rocket/Oasis team thing, having too many teams would clutter the server, in my opinion, because once one person makes a new team, everyone would want to make their own team and then we have like 10.3( i dunno why 10.3 but yeah) teams of like 3.5 people on each team which would get really confusing. Personally, I am nothing. I'm too cool for teams and too sweg for Neutral Razz Ima Rebel. but yeah i'm kinda just stating an opinion. I have no power here xD
