Rayquaza spawns way too much!

Ok in the last 1 hour I have found and caught 2 rayquazas. In my opinion, this should be turned down, unless it is already and I'm just extremely lucky. Just wanted to notify the staff before this gets out of hand.
Note: You can take 1 of my rayquazas if the spawn rate is just too high, but the other is mine
Edit: forgot to mention 1 was in the swamp biome, no clue how that happened. Although it may have spawned on top of Alex_wetters gym, which is over 100 blocks up. This may also have increased its spawn rate for that area, since it was the only spot available.

This is a bug that is being fixed right now.. Literally. This is why the server is down because pixelmon is updating.

Yep ^ was on talking to mad and zwall to see if they wanted me to get rid of 2nd. They said no but I will NOT be trading since spawn rates were broken.
