How do I download the newest update so I can play on my favorite server?

same way as u downloaded it, download the 2.5.6 update.... HERE

Well.... i have a mac so its pretty much the same . this is only if u used FORGE the first time u downloaded the mod
1. move the current pixelmon .zip into trash (get rid of it)
2. replace it with the new 2.5.6 .zip
3. Open minecraft and see if it works!

the server just updated to 2.5.7 still the same process though. just download the 2.5.7 .zip and follow the instructions i gave u
