Why should we make you staff? What can you offer us? What are you best at doing? What else sets you apart?:I am doing my best at helping, being on and playing. I can offer you help with gyms, building, and being the admin. You should make me be staff because I'll help others, NOT BAN PEOPLE,NOT MUTING, I'll be on a lot. That is why I should become a admin.

You obviously don't understand why people ban do you.  We're a popular server, and believe it or not, there are a lot of griefers, spammers, and angry people that come onto the server to troll and ruin players' pixelmon experience.  To not ban those trolls, griefers, and spammers only shows us bad staff.  And to add onto that, you don't see the amount of complaints staff get from the player base.  We do help the community the best way we can.  Again, we are a popular server.  Don't expect us to come running to you every time you ask for something.

I'm sorry, but I hate to say it sounds like you have VERY little experience with what it takes to me a staff member on the server. Also, you're very new here, and I don't hink you even know much about the server itself at this point. Please actually play on the server a good amount before applying, as in I'd say a month at BARE minimum.

Okay, don't want to get way too into this, but here's my thoughts;

Well, you have not been playing on the server for a very long time, and I have not seen you on as much as a lot of other players.  Also, when you are on I very rarely see you interacting with the server's community, which is a necessity for staff members.  I think that it is important that you play longer and become more involved in the server.  With staff comes a huge amount of trust and if you're serious about becoming a staff member, it'll take you a bit of time to gain our trust.  I'd recommend talking more in game and getting to know us on teamspeak.

Just my opinion, and what I feel is the opinion of some of our current staff members.

PS: on the topic of banning and muting, it is indeed a lot of power, but that power is how we keep our server running smoothly. Trolls do exist and a part of being a member of staff is to deal with them.

If we didn't ban, then the server would be in total chaos. Trolls would spam, grief, spread hate, and all other types of things that are against the rules. Staff have to ban people due to their lack of following the rules, a list of things we can and can't do so that we may retain order in our server. If one does not enforce the rules through kicking, banning, or muting, then how are people going to understand their limits? Some people don't even bother reading the rules, and others understand the rules, but break them anyways. Without any enforcement, people will stop following the rules, and there will be chaos. What use will staff be by then?
