When you throw it out, does it look like a metagross or metang? cause if you nicknamed it and renamed it metang when it was still a metang it will keep that name.

I found a mew on November 15th, and I caught in a masterball.  Almost imidiatly after catching it, my MC crashed, and when I logged back on, my masterball had returned and the mew was no-longer in my PC.  I do have a screen shot of it just before I caught it though.
