Offical Tournament rules

1: No stalling
-waiting a few minutes to make a move for example

2: No held items or consumables
-potions
-full heal
-status affect potions

3: Follow level requirements
-can level up one above as long as its during the tournament

4: No throwing out your Pokemon when spectating

5: No nick names
-remove any nick name you have given to your Pokemon for the tournament

6: Banned Pokemon moves
-Last resort
-confusion ray

these are the basic rules of the tournament each one will have a different set of custom rules so follow them when given
