Yesterday, I was really angry due to a lot of personal problems I have been having lately, and I yelled at certain staff members who didn't deserve to be treated that way. I understand that just because I'm going through a rough time doesn't mean I can take it out on other people, especially you guys because I love you guys. So from the bottom of my heart, I'm sorry you had to see me like that and I'm sorry to those staff that I had said did nothing for the server. You do way more than I could ever hope to imagine and I respect that. I just hope you guys can find it in your heart to forgive me. I promise it wont happen again.
