yes but you must have the other owner promote you to that. or ask an admin to help you mate.

I'm confused as to what you are asking. If you want to create a faction, then you have to get four other people together with yourself and apply for a faction on the forums. If you want to become leader of a faction that is already made, that is up to the current owner of the faction.

Dude the only reason you want to be leader is to invite people to do that do /f invite (user). If there is another reason you want to be leader just leave and start you're own bro.

Alright all the kid was wondering is if you can be the Gym leader of a Faction if you were not the Leader of said faction. The answer is, Yes.
All you have to do is be in a faction and have the permission of the leader to start a gym. Get the required pokemon and to an appropriate level and build your gym. Once that all is finished have your faction leader get a mod+ to setup a warp and get the badges/tm's for you.
