Location of warp (coordinates): x 4640 y 63 z 4203 Facing West

Why do you deserve a warp?: I have been on this server for like 4 days but I have made a lot of progress and I have wanted a town on here from the start, I even have a mini pokecenter!

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited? Each town should have atleast one Pokecenter and/or Gym,(optional)Include some screenshots of your main focal points: I have plots, a pokecenter, and rules(common rules).
