Idea for an event

Alright, so i've been thinking and I think i've come up with a pretty cool event for the server, but i'm not sure if it is something everyone would be interested in, so feedback is encouraged. Plus i'd need staff to like my idea enough to do it xD.

So this event is loosely based around hunger games, except with trainers instead of tributes and pokemon instead of swords, arrows, and the occasional iron hoe.

The event would take place in a pre-made, fenced off arena, it would need to be relatively large so people could hide out in trees or in the water or something. The idea would be that the last pokemon trainer standing wins, the event would be people battling each other and once all your pokemon faint, you're out. There would be no healers and you could not have any items on you when the event starts, But there would be chests hidden in the arena with potions and berries that you could use to heal your pokemon. I know that in the spleef arena, god-mode is turned off, so maybe god-mode could be turned off in this arena too, so people could be eliminated due to lava, falling or drowning as well as having all their pokemon killed. Also hiding underground wouldn't be permitted since it would make it too difficult to find players. The only thing I haven't figured out, is how to initiate a battle with another player. My best idea is maybe calling them out in chat if you can see them and they can see you. Or just like an eye contact thing, like you have to cut them off and get in front of them and they have to battle you and if they refuse they are eliminated. Obviously i don't have all the kinks worked out yet in the idea, but it is a fun concept in my opinion and something i'd like to see happen on the server. Just a thought though(:

I love this idea but I hope if it happens we get a good amount of time to train teams cuz I don't have a team. Also level limits? # of pokemon? Legendaries? I like the idea and I would be down for it.

@cenation So I think we would be catching our own pokemon in the arena, because then it would be fair if everyone started with a lv 30 pokemon and hen went from there. Maybe in the chests could have pokeballs

We did at one point have a game very similar to this. We only played a few of them though because it didn't work too well. It'd be nice to bring it back.
